Le vendite, invece, di prodotti biologici non alimentari,  ammontano a 1.8 milioni di dollari (circa 1.2 milioni di Euro). Un luogo dove i più prestigiosi blogger italiani votati al vino e all' enogastronomia, si sono incontrati per scambiarsi direttamente impressioni e sensazioni. Alcuni interventi sono stati veramente interessanti e degni di avere un seguito e ringraziamo Filippo Ronco (la mente di Tigullio vino e Vinix) per l'invito e per aver concesso alle nostre Langallette di comparire nella pausa pranzo. &lt;div&gt;Spalmate con crema di pesto (eravamo o no a Genova!), in compagnia di un salame crudo da strapparsi i capelli e di un grandissimo prosciutto crudo, sono state quanto mai apprezzate e sgranocchiate. Fragrante, leggera e ricca di quei sapori che la rendono unica, viene apprezzata come snack, come sostituto del pane od insieme a piatti complessi, dolci o salati. Siamo presenti con un piccolo stand, ma che grandi risultati...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;E' un susseguirsi di operatori che, grazie al passaparola, vogliano assaggiare di persone le LaNgalletta e verificare se la leggenda metropolitana che le vuole "peerless" (senza uguali) abbia del fondamento... Credo si tratti del primo tentativo al mondo di codificare le virtù ed i difetti organolettici di questi prodotti, senz'altro è un primo passo per portare avanti un qualcosa legato alla qualità sia del mangiare (le gallette LaNgalletta sono BUONISSIME) che, molto importante, dell'ottimizzazione delle risorse alimentari disponibili. La trasformazione dei cereali tramite "puffaggio" è certamente il modo energetico meno dispendioso per conservarli nel tempo, con una perdita di prodotto, durante la lavorazione, prossima a ZERO. Il giorno successivo sciacquate e lessate i fagioli per circa 45 minuti in 1 litro di acqua. Intanto mettete a bagno in acqua fredda il farro mondato. Tritate il prosciutto e mettetelo in un tegame con l'olio, la cipolla tritata con lo spicchio d'aglio, il gambo di sedano, la salvia e la maggiorana, poi lasciate appassire il soffritto. Tenete da parte una tazza di fagioli e frullate gli altri, riunendo poi il passato al liquido di cottura. Unite al soffritto i pomodori spezzettati, salate, pepate e poi aggiungete il passato di fagioli. Versate nella minestra il fatto risciacquato, abbassate la fiamma e cuocete per un ora circa. Prima del termine unite i fagioli. Lavorate in una ciotola il burro a pezzetti con lo zucchero. Unite il tuorlo dell'uovo quindi incorporate delicatamente al composto anche l'albume montato a neve. Aggiungete la farina, la metà nelle nocciole e il cucchiaino di lievito.&lt;br /&gt;Mescolate bene poi versate il composto sulla spianatoia e impastate velocemente, unendo poco latte se l'impasto fosse troppo sodo. Stendete la pasta ottenendo una sfoglia di circa 1/2 centimetro poi, con una taglia-paste dentellato o con  un bicchiere ricavate dei biscotti tondi.
